 In the best of 2009 Training Classes Video series  Julia Ormand explains how to set up MACD divergence.
I have attempted to replicate her instructions many times I I cant make i work for me.Need some help.

 Here's a link to the Blog post with both Layouts attached. You should be able to just load the Layouts instead of trying to set it up on your own.
