I have noticed an interesting difference between SF4 and SF5 while plotting the modified ATR. For example, when I plot the indicator on the symbol DBC, SF4 shows the price below the ATR plot line. However, when I plot the same indicator in SF5 the price shows above the plot line. When I pull up the panel that displays the values the modifed ATR values are the same in both SF4 and SF5 - only the plots are different. The same situation exists for a few other symbols - EEM, EFA, SPY. What would cause the difference? Thanks.

My guess is that in one program you have the modified ATR Plotted on the same Scale as Price History and in the other program you don't. You can right-click on the modified ATR and select Scaling | Scale With | Price History to force it to use the same Scale.
