I currently use the Wilders RSI with the following settings:
RSI Period 6
Avg Period 2
Smoothing checked
Simple checked
I was wondering how I could write a PCF to help me find stocks where the RSI is crossing up through the center 50 mark. Thanks.

Would like a PCF for regular or Wilder's RSI below 70 yesterday and above 70 today, Also, above 30 yesterday and below 30 today. Thanks, Tom

You shouldn't need a Condition Formula for this. Just click on the Wilder's RSI indicator on the chart and select Create Scan Condition. Then choose Crossing Up Value from the Condition drop-down menu and set Crossing Up Through to 70 for your first Condition and choose Crossing Down Value from the Cnodition drop-down menu and sect Crossing Down Through to 30 for your second Condition.
Create Conditions from Your Chart
If you do actually need a Condition Formula for some reason, we would need to know the Period of the RSI and if it is the plain RSI indicator without Wilder's smoothing or the RSI - Wilder's indicator.
