 I would appreciate assistance with a PCF for a 10, 1.5 bollinger band where the low for today is less than or equal today's bollinger band low times 0.9.   Thank you.

 Please try the following:

L <= .9 * (AVGC10 - 1.5 * SQR(ABS(C ^ 2 + C1 ^ 2 + C2 ^ 2 + C3 ^ 2 + C4 ^ 2 + C5 ^ 2 + C6 ^ 2 + C7 ^ 2 + C8 ^ 2 + C9 ^ 2 - 10 * AVGC10 ^ 2) / 9))
