My Paintbrush colors for candles are standard: lime if close>close(1), red if less than, and white if same.  In my 1d chart, candles look as they should be.  However when I switch over to a 5m or 15m, all candles for the day are of the same color.
(I would attach screenshots to illustrate if I know how to, but I don't.)

Where should I check for mistakes?

To follow up on the prior comment, I've noticed that the problem with color display in candles occur not just with intraday, but daily or weekly.  This happens when I click from one time frame to another while remaining with the same active symbol.  But when I change symbol, the charts seem okay.  Is this a memory refresh issue?

If the colors change when you switch Symbols but not when you switch Time Frames, I can't think of anything that you would be doing wrong.

I am not going to speculate as to the cause, but I have not been able to reproduce the issue on my computer. You may wish to contact technical support.
