I keep a spreadsheet of the number of US stocks, NASDAQ, NYSE, S&P, NDX and Dow above their 50 and 200 day MAs.  I try to gather the data every day but the gremlins always interfere.  How can I use Blocks to find these numbers for the day(s) I miss??  I think these numbers change interday now so the usual way won't  work after the start of trading, even if I only miss one day.

That is one of the things the WatchList Calculator product powered by Blocks is meant for.

Ok, I bit!  I just added the Watchlist Calculator to my Blocks 3.1.  How do I make best use of it?  Got some links for me to use?

vdolmstead,

Check out page 20 from our Live Training Class Notes.  It gives a brief example of plotting a custom indicator using the Watchlist Calculator.  I hope this helps you out!

No, that's not it.  Craig S sent me to http://www.blocks.com/Pricing/Default.aspx#Calculator and I bought it for blocks 3.1.  I need instructions for Watchlist Calculator.  You sent me to Watchlist Indicator.  I've done lots of those.

If you download and look at the class notes Tal linked for you, there is an entire section devoted to WatchList Calculator.
