In blocks,

I am trying to show how many items that meets certain condition in a column. I do not find any block diagram that does this, instead what I do now is I use list count % true and set a trivial condition. However, isnt this is rather unnecessary and inefficient?

It does seem like a long way to count the number of items in a list, but that's the way I do it as well (I do not know of a shorter way using existing Blocks).
