I want to be able to post a note retroactively in TC2000.. but "change date" is not active ??

I just tested this in TC2000 and in TeleChart 2005, and it works the same in both programs.
If you have already written a note and saved it, when you go back in to edit it, if you click on Options in the upper left corner, you will find that the Change Date option is indeed grayed out (not active).
The only time you are able to pre-date a note is when you are first writing the note. In both programs, when I pressed N to bring up a new note screen, when I clicked Options, the Change Date choice was fully operational.
Sorry it took so long to get this answer to you. For some reason, I didn not see your post until just now. I usually get email notification when someone posts a question, but for some reason, I didn't get one for your post. We'll try to be much quicker with a response next time!
