Do you want to create it from scratch so you can modify it?  You can jump directly do it, if you like.

Craig, If you can show how to create it from scratch, it will be fine. Or if you could do a "share" of layout in the Blocks, it will also be fine. Thanks-- Jay

T2108 is the percentage of stocks above their 40-day average.

Follow these steps for me:

Drag Price History and drop it on the purple moving average.
Change Crossing up Through to ABOVE and set the slider down to above.
Click OK.
This adds a new condition to your condition Palette.  Drag it to the List Calculator button.
Set to Percent Passing  and then choose the WatchList you want it to calculate against.
Click Calc and Plot

You are done!

You can change the period and setting of the plotted moving average to change the condition and the list calculated indicator.  You can double-click the list-calc indicator to change the list it calculates against.
