I posted the following question incorrectly in the General Discussion section:

Does Blocks have an equivalent to the Pointer Mode in Telechart, where I can press the period, move the crosshair back in time, and, using the backslash (\) move the date back, allowing me to single step forward (or backwards) manually?

Thank you

In many ways it does and better.

You can left-click on any black area on the chart to activate the pointer.  You can also toggle it with the period key (.)

You can use the pan and zoom bar at the bottom to move back in time.  The preview of price it gives makes it real easy to go back to a specific price event.

You can click the arrows on the slider to move back and forth one bar at a time.  CTRL-SHIFT pressed while floating the mouse over the pan and zoom bar (and spinning your mouse wheel) moves it back and forth one bar at a time.

The bracket keys work too [  or ].

Thanks very much, Craig.

Doing what you explained pointed to a misconception I had, regarding the "Pointer Mode". I thought the pointer mode  "sent me back in time" to a specified date. Instead, it puts me in a "window" into that date. It may sound like a semantic difference, but, to verify my thoughts, I added a ZigZag "indicator" to my chart. If it were really sending me back in time, I would see the Zig Zag actually changing as I moved forward in time. The same would happen if Elliot Waves were available on Blocks. I would see the last line on the wave adjusting as I move forward.

My objective in this whole thing was to observe the changes in the ZigZag as I move forward in time, simulating real time observations. It appears that I can't do it, at least, not with the "pointer mode". If my conclusions are wrong, please let me know.

Sincerely
