Please describe what you want in more detail. If it involves mixed Time Frames I will not be able to build it.

Please describe the Stop Condition. I can't create anything without an objective description.

Is it a "New 10 minute High for a day" when compared to the previous 38 or 39 bars?

Is it a "New 10 minute High for a day" when compared to the bars during that calendar day (which would always be True on the first Bar of the day)?

Is it a "New 10 minute High for a day" when compared to a value on previous day (such as the Trigger Bar or Next Bar after the Trigger Bar)?

39

no, compare highs 39 frames back ; the day time frame should not matter.

You should be able to just use the New High Strategy Condition located in the Prices section of the Web Library.

- New High Period: 39
- Value to Test: High
- # Bars True: 1
- Bars to Test: 1
- Override TimeFrame: 10 Minute

That is no longer available? your talking "Add Condition" dialogue box; it only has Option Express.

Assuming you are using Blocks 2.0, it is available. When you select Add Condition, you will have another Add Condition selection (do not select this) as well as a list of folders. The New High Strategy Condition is located in the Prices folder.

If this is not the case, you may wish to contact technical support to see if they can help you determine why.

All e-mail communication sent to support@worden.com during business hours (Monday through Friday 9AM-11PM and Saturday and Sunday 9AM-3PM ET) should be answered within 20 minutes of arrival.

For an even quicker response to tech support questions, we recommend calling our voice line at (919) 408-0542 (there is no phone support on Sundays, some Market Holidays or after 9PM ET on weekdays).

You can also contact us using Live Chat Support during business hours.

Bruce

I got the NEW High Strategy Condition off the knowledge base.
It does not work as a STOP Condition because it takes into account prices before the trade; so immediate sell happen. not good.

You can AND the New High Strategy Condition with a Trade Length Strategy Condition with Length in Bars >= 40.

bar three of the trade can be generate a trigger if the 36th bar before was higher.  and when it is at bar three your AND condition is meant. this is not an easy thing to do.

how do we make it ignore the the previous bars.

I do not understand what you want to do. I will not be making any more guesses as to your intent. Please provide an detailed and objective description of your "New High Stop" and we will do our best to help you create it.
