Article 2 Section 1 of the constitution states that the president must be a natural born citizen of the United States.
McCain was born to American parents on an American military base in the Panama Zone.
He is a naturalized citizen of the U.S. (Isn't Schwarzenaggar a naturalized citizen?)
Thoughts?

when you are born, with a parent in the military its a normal birth "natural citizen". Arnold was born in another country by parents of that country. big difference.

Well ...
This is has been hashed out in every possible way here .... with tons of history and case law ....
http://www.newswithviews.com/Devvy/kidd342.htm
But I have a much simpler litmus test ....
"Could I look staright into the eye of a man ... born to parents serving this nation ... who were always under the jurisdiction of this nation ... who bore a son that also valiantly served this nation ... who suffered unimaginable torture because of his service to this nation ... and tell him that he doesn't meet the requirements to be President of this nation ?"
JMHO ... but I thnk anyone who COULD do that ... doesn't belong in this nation ...
