Since the value of 50 is very significant in terms of trend changing for a stock, is there any way to
draw a horizontal line at the value of 50 in order for it to be quickly recognized when the RSI
immediately crosses over 50 or turns downward below 50? Presently, this is easily missed
unless you print the chart and draw the line on paper yourself.

Here is what I do to add a line at the 50 mark.
Right click on the chart where you have RSI plotted and add a MACD indicator. Now, enter (1 for Short 1 for Long and 1 for Period)
Select a color choice for the line by clicking on the squares next to MACD color and Average color.
Make sure you uncheck "Plot MACD as a Histogram" and have "visible" checked.
Click close.

I normally plot a TSV and uncheck Visible when I want a centerline.
