I'd like to put 144 ticks in each bar.

is each tick considered a bar?

Each Tick will be its own Bar in the Tick Time Frame.

I believe you can do what you want by feeding a Prices Block (with the Time Frame set to Tick) into a Bar Builder Constant Sum Block and both inputs of a Ratio Block. Use the output of the Ratio Block as the Summation Input of the Bar Builder Constant Sum Block and set the Total Per Bar to 144.
