The program was fine last friday but I wasn't able to start Telechart today. It's only up to reading setting, then nothing. I am using Vista home premium. Does anyone have the same problem? Can anyone please help? Thank you.

To correct this problem, please follow the steps below:
1) Double-click the My Computer icon (it may be located on your Start Menu). 2) Double-click Local Disk C. 3) Double-click the Program Files folder. 4) Double-click the TeleChart folder. 5) Double-click the User folder. 6) Double-click the Data folder. 7) Double-click the CustTemplates folder. 8) Right click the file 5833FEF0A9314C6BA68224E83B901164.tpl and select Delete. 9) Click Yes if it asks for confirmation. 10) Close the My Computer window. 11) Reopen TeleChart.
Rebooting the computer is not necessary in most cases but if the steps above do not work, delete the file 5833FEF0A9314C6BA68224E83B901164.tpl again (it is recreated by running TeleChart.exe), restart your computer and see if the program will open.
If you are unable to delete the file, restart Windows in Safe Mode by pressing F8 as the computer reboots and try again.
Note: The most common cause of this problem is when the computer's power is turned off while TeleChart is running. It is best to close TeleChart before shutting off the computer.
If the problem is not resolved, please contact technical support.
