I cannot get into Blocks. I switched from Tc2000 to blocks and did the install ( yes, I had Norton off ) and the install went OK. But, when Blocks starts, it locks up on checking for WBI.LokiResources.dll. Any ideas ? I am waiting for some tech help but I am not betting on that happening too soon.
