 Are there services by Worden or another company that can help me write PCF formulas?

I would like to tell the person in charge a list of criteria I want for my scans and have him write the PCF formula for me.

 I posted a question here but I did not get an exact answer to my question and I really do not have the time or inclination to learn to do the PCF formulas. I would rather pay someone to do them for me and tell me how to insert them into Telechart.

Support & Resistance PCF?
