Twice this late afternoon have been unable to update Telechart, hangs at step 10.

Just updated successfully, TC always updates right after I start worrying about it and get too impatient. Sorry to cause undue concern.

I had the same thing. It's not impatience when it takes an hour to load instead of 5 minutes. It seemed to work itself out. My program has been really sluggish loading lately. I thought it was my system acting up.

Hi, I am a gold customer, and havent used the system for a couple of years, but I cannot get it to update. Still updating after 2 hours, and then the connection driops and I have to start again. Can anyone help?
