 i try to download telechart ,
but i stll see the signin screen
nothing happens ,i have removed telechart and downloaded again
i am not been able to get the program running .
anyone else the same problem?

 Yes, same thing here. I can't get it to load. First time this has happened to me.

 I also cannot open TCNET....they were having problems yesterday, so maybe they are down for repair.

 You should be able to sign in now. Intraday data for yesterday is still being looked at.

 now do i get the message "your account could not be validated " check your internet connection(=ok) and your user name and password "
and still not logging on
