I've just upgraded to Platinum. Every time I jump to a new symbol, a dialogue box appears saying: "saving attached chart" and it takes from a few seconds to many. This makes it impossible to jump through many charts. How can I turn this function off.

Thanks

It sounds like it is saving existing notes to the Worden Server, but I'm not sure. Selecting Tools | System Settings | System and unchecking Attempt to connect to TeleChart servers at startup and restarting TeleChart might stop this (or might not), but this would also disable several other Platinum features. Please contact technical support.
