Realtime not working Rate this Topic:

I am a platinum user, I do not see the chart updating in realtime and I also do not see the chat working, its blank. Is there a problem with TC today ?

Realtime and chat were both down earlier, but should be working now (we are still working to restore the data missing from the Realtime outage). You may wish to try restarting TeleChart if you are not getting both. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact technical support.

All e-mail communication sent to support@worden.com during business hours (Monday through Friday 9AM-11PM and Saturday and Sunday 9AM-3PM ET) should be answered within 20 minutes of arrival. For an even quicker response to tech support questions, we recommend calling our voice line at (919) 408-0542 (there is no phone support on Sundays, some Market Holidays or after 9PM ET on weekdays).

I am looking to upgrade to Platinum. How often does realtime go down? (once a year, once a quarter,a week, etc.)

Chat says "Disconnected" most of the time for me. Have done what tech told me to do...still "Disconnected". Please advise. Thanks. JD
