 This is a very good pick, I really like the weekly chart on this - very good patern

If you look at BOP & TSV, this has been in accumulation mode since summer of 05.

Income has been week but, the word is recovery is under way. That is why BOP is so positive for so long, look to MAMA for a similar type of situation, BOP was strong for so long even in the face of all their bad publicity (law suits)

The major markets are in a sidwys pattern right now, and swing trading must be put on hold in favor of possition trading, and this is a very good candidate..

 I got in this as it broke through its support. Daily, weekly and monthly charts show resistance @13. I agree it may pull back before it hits there...
