 Sir Shopper gave the following chart template:
F6 [Time Frame = Monthly]
Top Window
Prices
MA 7 bars
Middle Window
MS
MA 9 bars
Bottom Window
Price Rate of Change - 11 bars
MA - 7 bars

I can not get the Price Rate of Change in the bottom window.

 Please try the following:

Select Chart Template | Edit.
Select Add Indicator to Bottom Window (the blue plus to the right of Bottom) | Price Rate of Change.
- Period: 11
