Could you explain the difference in what is being measured with MS and TSV. As far as I can see they are both measuring the flow of money in and out of a stock. Although MS is cumulative I see a negative number in the scaling which tells me it has had to pass down through a zero point giving it pretty much the same measuring capabilities as TSV. I quess my question is what can I numerically measure with these 2 indicators and why is the scaling different?

To get a better idea of what MS and TSV mean, I would recommend starting with the following:

Basic Info on BOP, TSV and MoneyStream

They aren't the same. It is possible to create a non-Cumulative version of MS and a Cumulative version of TSV to visually see how different they are:

Non-Cumulative MS (compare to TSV1):
Select Chart Template | Add Indicator | Indicator.
- Visible: Checked
- Center Zero Line: Checked
- Plot using price scale: Unchecked
- Smoothing Average: 1
- Average Type: Doesn't matter.
- Indicator Formula: MS1 - MS1.1

Cumulative TSV (compare to MS1):
Select Chart Template | Add Indicator | Cumulative.
- Visible: Checked
- Smoothing Average: 1
- Average Type: Doesn't matter.
- Up Condition: C < C + 1
- Down Condition: C > C + 1
- Value To Add/Subtract: TSV1
