BOP tracks consistant buying of large blocks of shares, What are those large blocks? 5000, 7000, 10000 etc. blocks? larger?

BOP does not have access to the tick data so your statement above is not accurate.

Please see the first line of the second paragraph, this is what I meant, accumulation.


BOP tells you whether the underlying action in the trading of a stock is characterized by systematic buying (accumulation) or systematic selling (distribution).

I don't know the formula for BOP (it is proprietary), but the block size of trades cannot be part of the calculation of the systematic buying (accumulation) or systematic selling (distribution) of BOP because this information is not available to TeleChart for use in its calculation.
