I have been trying with no luck,  To find a scan that locates stocks trading on the outside of the bollinger band.  Any way I can do this?

NOt sure, I saw it in the tradestation magazine, I think its the the inverse fischer transform RSI. I use slow stoachastic with 12,3,3 setting if thats helpful.

What the exact easy language for the Inverse Fischer? So I just copy and paste it and make a new easy scan criteria, thanks

I would like to make a scan that shows on the slow stochastic, stocks on a daily time frame that are overbought or oversold; where the other line actually crosses over to show its about to change trend. I just signed up to this site so please tell me the steps in a simplistic way. Thank you very much in advance.
