Hi Bruce and Experienced Users,
I have TC2000_V16 on a laptop without a mouse or touch screen but with a touch pad to move the cursor around. I have been unable to set the charts to visualize specific time periods e.g.exact 3 months or 20 trading days on the laptop screen. I have noticed a couple of triangles located at the bottom of V16 charts that move the entire chart sideways and up and down without allowing me to adjust the timeframe of my interest.
What's the best way to set a chart to display an exact number of days or specifice interval between dates without using a mouse or touch pad? If there a zoom in/out mechanism hidden somewhere, I'd like to know about it.
Is there a TC2000 (V16 EOD) online users guide that outlines key combinations, pull down menues, or other means of managing such a basic good charting software requirements such as zooming in or out to desired time periods etc? Thanks.

Hi Bruce,

What's the best way to set a chart to display an exact number of days or specifice interval period of dates without using a mouse or touch pad?
Do you have available TC2000_V16 online users guide or other help that outlines key combinations, pull down menues, or other means of managing the basic charting requirements such as desired time period settings etc? Thanks.

Thanks Bruce for the reply. Perhaps in my Windows 7 PC some adverisement-blocking or antivirus program was preventing me to run the downloaded and extracted webnar in the browser. I downloaded the same to Windows 10 PC and now it works fine in Mozillla Firefox browser.

I have downloaded an archived webnar from your site but after unzipping it I am unable to run it on windows 7 with any of the freely available software such as VLC, Swiff, or Irfan player. Please recommend the software to view your webnars. Thanks
