Is there a good formula to scan for real tight consolidation on the daily

how do I scan for stocks consolidating on the the 200 day moving average on the the daily time frame

I would like for the stock to be consolidating underneath the MA but not to far underneath it for about 15 munites on the 5 minute time frame.  I don't know how to caculate percent range, am still new to trading

what formula do I use to scan for stocks that are consolidating right underneath the 20 Moving average on the 5 minuter time frame?

I can't figure out how to draw with thing, am bascically looking to scan candle stick pattern ascending or descending channel break out

am trying to figure out how to draw using this thing to give you a better look of what am talking about
