Am unable to get past connected with blue and white progress bar scrolling showing in both explorer and firefox

Have tried disabling firewall but made no difference Am sure silverlight is working.

Any help please

It is almost definitely a connectivity issue of some sort. You might want to try rebooting your router and/or modem.

Firewall Settings v12.4 (Mac/PC)

But if that does not work, please contact technical support.
