My PC failed. Please tell me how to re-establish Version 7 on this backup PC.

Sorry to hear that. You can install Telechart Version 7 by following the steps in the link below:
New Telechart Version 7 Installation
You may be able to transfer the settings from the old computer to the new computer.
If you can pull up files from you old computer:
Open the C:Drive from the Computer folder.
From the C:Drive, double-click the folder for Worden > TeleChart > User.
You will see a folder labeled Data. Don't open this folder. Right click the Data folder and select Copy
On your new computer:
Open the C:Drive from the Computer folder.
From the C;Drive, double-click the folder for Worden > TeleChart .
You will see a User folder. Right click the User folder and select Paste.
This will replace the Data folder (within the User folder) and transfer the Telechart version 7 from your old computer to your new computer.
