Hey everyone,

How would I create a Advance-Decline Line on RealCode Editor. I know how to imput the actual indicator but then there are no values that pop up? I want it to scan the S&P 500.

Could you also add a 20 day moving average... when the indicator is above the 20 sma the chart is green and when the its below its red...  But the day it turns either green or red I want the indicator to wait 1 more day to limit whipsaws. So if on Monday its over the 20 sma and then Tuesday it drops below the 20 sma it still would be Green for that delay....Hope that helps more...

Thanks everyone!

1. The advance decline line can be done but it would require editing the block diagram.  I'd need your RealCode indicator to set it up.  Too involved to explain in the forum.  If you send it to support@worden.com, Attn: StockGuy, I'll take a look and see if I can get it set up. I'll email it back to you.

2. I think this can be done with a RealCode paint scheme. I'll test when I get your RealCode indicator.

Thanks StockGuy!

Does anybody know how to build an Advance/Decline in RealCode?

StockFinder doesn't have RealCode Market Indicators. So if you need to use RealCode when creating a Market Indicator, you would create a RealCode Indicator or RealCode Condition and then use that to create your Market Indicator.
