In TC2000 V11, how do you get the Tab feature to appear next to the Draw feature as shown in the video tutorials?

It will automatically appear when you add additional charts. Click on the New Chart icon next to the existing Tab and add a new blank chart or one from your chart library.

IIn TC2000 V11, I have a chart on the S&P DJ-30 and NASDQ that has trend lines and Fib retracements set. I want to creat a new chart for each with different treand lines for all three. How do I save my exisitng charts with trend lines and fib retracments and then open a new chart to draw new trend lines??

You can Save just the Chart by selecting Save Chart Template (the blue floppy disk icon at the top of the Chart). You can save the entire Layout (including things like the WatchList) by selecting File | Save As.
You can select New | New Chart to add another Chart to the Layout. If there is more than one Chart in the Layout, there will be an option between the drawing tools and the Chart Template tabs which will allow you to either Tab the Charts or select two different Chart arrangements.

You can can select Save Chart Template on the Chart to Save a Chart Template or give it a name (you would then need to Load the Chart Template to get the new name to show).
