I completed a scan on US stocks and got back 181 that fit my combo condition. How do I select only those 181 and save them to a text file so I can import to Telechart for further analysis?

If you are Scanning, those symbols should already be together. So left-click on the first symbol that returns True to highlight it and then scroll down to the last symbol that returns True and hold down the shift key before left clicking on it to highlight it and all the symbols in between as well.
You should then be able to right-click on one of the highlighted symbols and select Copy Symbols. In most text editors, you could then right-click in a blank area of an empty text file and select Paste to get all of the symbols into the file. It is then just a matter of saving the text file.
