Can I import a personal watch list from Stockfinder to Telechart or will I have to re-create from scratch?

You can copy a WatchList from StockFinder and paste it into a text file.
Maintaining Personal WatchLists
You can then save the text file and select File | Create New WatchList | Import from a File to create a Personal WatchList based on that text file.

I watched the "Maintaining Personal Watchlist" video but it didn't show exactly how to go about copying a personal watch list to a text file. What are the steps?

Right-click on the WatchList and select Copy All Symbols. Right-click in your text file and select Paste.

Right clicking on the Watchlist name does not produce the option you reference

You need to right-click on the WatchList itself (the list of Symbols), not the name of the WatchList.
