I'm using Telechart 2005 version of your software. I'm using the same PCF's that the Market Mastery people but I'm getting different results. They are using the latest Gold version of your software. Can you help? I can send you the E-mail that has the PCF that we're both using if that will help.

Customer training is only provided in the forums and at our live events. It is not provided via email, chat or phone.
My first suggestion would be to check that you are both updating all of your Personal Criteria Formula for All Items in System (as opposed to a smaller WatchList) and that you are updated to the same date and time of day (comparing with Market Close data would probably be the easiest).

How are you comparing results? Are you using the PCFs as EasyScan Conditions, Sorts or something else entirely?

Bruce,
We're both inserting the same PCF into an Easy Scan. They get 900 stocks tat meet the criteria but I only get 64. The PCF is as follows;
MAXH65-MINL65 > 10 OR (MAXH65-MINL65)/C > 0.3
We use all of the Stocks in the search.

When you say you "use all of the Stocks in the search", what do you mean? That you are using All Stocks as the WatchList to Scan in an EasyScan, that you are using All Stocks when you update your Personal Criteria Formulas, both or something else entirely?
Make sure you are updating your PCFs for All Items in System. Select Databank | Personal Criteria Formulas and make sure Calculate For: is set to All Items in System.
