Is there a way to set up stockfinder like freestockcharts to track the stocks in ones watchlist, for the daily price changes. I have tried to do this with stockfinder, and I am unable to set up the scan. I can post the daily high, and lows at the top of the page, I would like to set up a scan to monitor the changes in the % up for the day, instead of just a period of time. I have not been able to find any scans set up this way, and I do not know how to write realtime to accompish this task.
Thanks
Burt

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the request, but you can add a Daily Percent Change Column and use it as a Sort by left-clicking in the WatchList Column Headers and selecting Add Column | Percent Change.

The price change goes by the period of time seen on the screen. In Freestockcharts they have a one day window on the bottom, which holds the period to one day. In stockfinder it is not set up that way, and varies depending on ones settings.

FreeStockCharts and StockFinder are different programs that have different behaviors.
That said, if you follow the directions in my response and left-click in a blank portion of the WatchList Column Headers section of the WatchList and select Add Column | Percent Change, the result is by default specifically a 1-Day Percent Change. You can change the Time Frame of this WatchList Column by right-clicking on the WatchList Column Header for the Percent Change, selecting Edit and changing the Time Frame setting for the WatchList Column.

The percent and net change in FreeStockCharts.com doesn't change based on the data being viewed on the chart. The net and percent change data is always based on the daily change from the previous day.
