Data Reliability Issues

Data reliability issues continue to plague Build 149. The Downloader continuously indicates "Attempting to Connect" but is apparently unable to do so. This was a major problem on Friday and continues today. Clicking on "Re-Connect" does nothing.

Please make Data Reliability your #1 priority. Nothing else matters if you don't have reliable data.

Trust us, it's our #1 priority. We're working on it. Someone should be contacting you to get details.

Good to see the forum bubbling things like this up. It would add some merit to the cause if Worden also updated the main page, Worden.Com, with a note on SF5 Beta having data issues. Right now it says all systems are fine. I also have had the same data issue - missing chunks of data on 12/21 and nothing for 12/24. SF4 has all minutes updated.
