Glancing over your code, I think you want to use a Generic Dictionary.
FYI, you can always declare your variable like so, without having to use the imports statement:
Static alert_dbase As New system.Collections.Specialized.NameValueCollection()

You don't need the headers at all, they're there in case you want to copy/paste them somewhere else. They can be removed if you do not want them at all.

You can edit the diagram for the market indicator and link it directly to a different watchlist in the layout. Let us know if you need some help on editing the diagram.

Your click options should look like this to restore it to the previous settings:
Right click will always open the menu so you don't have to assign it to a left click option.
