 I can change the time frame of prices and tsv but not stochastics...is it possible??

 You can definitely change parameters for Stochastics.  Click the plot to open its Edit window.  Within the Main tab, you should see period parameters that can be adjusted.

If you're not interested in changing parameters but truley timeframes (1 Day, 15 Minute, etc.) the timeframe of Stochastics changes automatically any time the main timeframe of the chart it's associated with changes.
