Hi trainers just wonder if there was an easy way to find symetrical/ascending and descending triangles in a uptrend or downtrend using Stock finder, I know when I was using Telechart that one of the trainers created a pcf to find triangle, but Stockfinder uses Realcode, I'm trying to find breakouts up and down, Thanks for your help.......

I just shared a layout called: "Triangle Finder"

You can find it in the Shared Items under the Layout tab.

It ranks the list by how different the slopes are of the highs and lows.  The higher the number returned, the more like a wedge/triange the formation is.  Let me know what you think.

It is not.  It is in the Shared Items within StockFinder.  Click on Shared Items (envelope icon at the top of the SF screen) and go to Browse other users shared items.

When it opens, click on the Layouts tab and search for TRIANGLE.  You should see it there.
