There is a built in system scan. I believe it
is called "Gappers"

Please try the following:

Select New | New EasyScan.
- Watchlist: All Stocks
- Gappers: Gap Up? / Gap Down?
- Volume Surge Today: Market Rank: ? to Max

You will need to decide on your own if you want Gap Up, Gap Down or both. You will also need to decide on your own what percentile rank would qualify as high volume. If it is the top 25%, you would choose 75 to Max, the top 10% would be 90 to Max, etc.

You may wish to review the following:

Using EasyScan to find stocks that meet your own criteria
