In the Worden report dated 10/5/06 there was a reader submission with an easyscan and a chart setup. I have been playing with it, and it looks quite promising, but I would like clarification on the custom indicator. I have written some pcf's, but have not encountered xavg. The formula is xavgc3/avgc7. What is the significance of xavg?

XAVG is an exponential moving average.

XAVGC3 is a three period exp average of the close.
XAVGC7 is a seven period exp average of the close.

(AVG would be a simple moving average)

Thanks
