I seems to me that I cannot do the following things in TeleChart:
(1) Draw trend lines in the middle and bottom pane
(2) Display the actual value of indicators established in the middle and lower pane. I understand that using the [.] character can switch them on, but only limited to indicators that are established in the top pane.
(3) There are numerous extra horizontal lines in the top pane. I guess they are related to the indicators being used in the top pane. How can I turn them off without removing the needed indicator?
Any idea how I can turn them on? Thanks!

1) Correct. You can only use the drawing tools in the top window on the Price scale.
2) Yes but here is a nice way around this.
Plot duplicates of your middle and bottom window in the top window BUT uncheck their visble option. You will not see them but you will get values in the data box when in pointer mode.
3) What do you have plotted in the top window?

Thanks Craig. That was a quick response.
I only have the followings in my top pane:
Price Chart 50MA 20MA 200MA BBands 20,20 LinReg 50 Stoch 39,5,1 RSI 14
I used to have more, but removed most of them now. The price chart gets very clutter if I have too many indicators set up. These horizontal line seem to stick around even when they are "invisible".

hb5fa, The Stochastic will place gridlines at 20 and 80 and the Wilder's RSI will place gridlines at 30 and 70. These lines will be there even if Visible has been unchecked.

For #2 you can also place values above the chart.
(Ones that can be written in PCF form)
Thanks diceman

Excellent suggestions diceman!!!! That is a very smart way to display the current value by adding a new value field.
Also thanks to all the replys. I now know why there are so many lines on the window. I'd prefer using number on top instead of those lines now.
Great help indeed!
