Hello
I have tried to create a PCF for a new watch list.
I am looking for all NYSE stocks only.
price 30-60
volume :2M and up(per day)
range of $2.00 minimum(per day)

I have tried to do it myself, but it didnt work.
I dont know if the volume in the condition type should be Value, list rank or
market rank.
the result that the PCF gave me was many stocks with and without the high volume that I desired.
please advise

Over how many days does the volume need to be above 2 million and the range be greater than $2?

edavidov,
You may wish to try creating the following Personal Criteria Formulas (they are for 16 days):

16-Period Minimum Volume (yesterday):

MINV16.1

16-Period Minumum Range (yesterday):

(H1 - L1 + H2 - L2 - ABS(H1 - L1 - H2 + L2) + H3 - L3 + H4 - L4 - ABS(H3 - L3 - H4 + L4) - ABS(H1 - L1 + H2 - L2 - ABS(H1 - L1 - H2 + L2) - H3 + L3 - H4 + L4 + ABS(H3 - L3 - H4 + L4)) + H5 - L5 + H6 - L6 - ABS(H5 - L5 - H6 + L6) + H7 - L7 + H8 - L8 - ABS(H7 - L7 - H8 + L8) - ABS(H5 - L5 + H6 - L6 - ABS(H5 - L5 - H6 + L6) - H7 + L7 - H8 + L8 + ABS(H7 - L7 - H8 + L8)) - ABS(H1 - L1 + H2 - L2 - ABS(H1 - L1 - H2 + L2) + H3 - L3 + H4 - L4 - ABS(H3 - L3 - H4 + L4) - ABS(H1 - L1 + H2 - L2 - ABS(H1 - L1 - H2 + L2) - H3 + L3 - H4 + L4 + ABS(H3 - L3 - H4 + L4)) - H5 + L5 - H6 + L6 + ABS(H5 - L5 - H6 + L6) - H7 + L7 - H8 + L8 + ABS(H7 - L7 - H8 + L8) + ABS(H5 - L5 + H6 - L6 - ABS(H5 - L5 - H6 + L6) - H7 + L7 - H8 + L8 + ABS(H7 - L7 - H8 + L8))) + H9 - L9 + H10 - L10 - ABS(H9 - L9 - H10 + L10) + H11 - L11 + H12 - L12 - ABS(H11 - L11 - H12 + L12) - ABS(H9 - L9 + H10 - L10 - ABS(H9 - L9 - H10 + L10) - H11 + L11 - H12 + L12 + ABS(H11 - L11 - H12 + L12)) + H13 - L13 + H14 - L14 - ABS(H13 - L13 - H14 + L14) + H15 - L15 + H16 - L16 - ABS(H15 - L15 - H16 + L16) - ABS(H13 - L13 + H14 - L14 - ABS(H13 - L13 - H14 + L14) - H15 + L15 - H16 + L16 + ABS(H15 - L15 - H16 + L16)) - ABS(H9 - L9 + H10 - L10 - ABS(H9 - L9 - H10 + L10) + H11 - L11 + H12 - L12 - ABS(H11 - L11 - H12 + L12) - ABS(H9 - L9 + H10 - L10 - ABS(H9 - L9 - H10 + L10) - H11 + L11 - H12 + L12 + ABS(H11 - L11 - H12 + L12)) - H13 + L13 - H14 + L14 + ABS(H13 - L13 - H14 + L14) - H15 + L15 - H16 + L16 + ABS(H15 - L15 - H16 + L16) + ABS(H13 - L13 + H14 - L14 - ABS(H13 - L13 - H14 + L14) - H15 + L15 - H16 + L16 + ABS(H15 - L15 - H16 + L16))) - ABS(H1 - L1 + H2 - L2 - ABS(H1 - L1 - H2 + L2) + H3 - L3 + H4 - L4 - ABS(H3 - L3 - H4 + L4) - ABS(H1 - L1 + H2 - L2 - ABS(H1 - L1 - H2 + L2) - H3 + L3 - H4 + L4 + ABS(H3 - L3 - H4 + L4)) + H5 - L5 + H6 - L6 - ABS(H5 - L5 - H6 + L6) + H7 - L7 + H8 - L8 - ABS(H7 - L7 - H8 + L8) - ABS(H5 - L5 + H6 - L6 - ABS(H5 - L5 - H6 + L6) - H7 + L7 - H8 + L8 + ABS(H7 - L7 - H8 + L8)) - ABS(H1 - L1 + H2 - L2 - ABS(H1 - L1 - H2 + L2) + H3 - L3 + H4 - L4 - ABS(H3 - L3 - H4 + L4) - ABS(H1 - L1 + H2 - L2 - ABS(H1 - L1 - H2 + L2) - H3 + L3 - H4 + L4 + ABS(H3 - L3 - H4 + L4)) - H5 + L5 - H6 + L6 + ABS(H5 - L5 - H6 + L6) - H7 + L7 - H8 + L8 + ABS(H7 - L7 - H8 + L8) + ABS(H5 - L5 + H6 - L6 - ABS(H5 - L5 - H6 + L6) - H7 + L7 - H8 + L8 + ABS(H7 - L7 - H8 + L8))) - H9 + L9 - H10 + L10 + ABS(H9 - L9 - H10 + L10) - H11 + L11 - H12 + L12 + ABS(H11 - L11 - H12 + L12) + ABS(H9 - L9 + H10 - L10 - ABS(H9 - L9 - H10 + L10) - H11 + L11 - H12 + L12 + ABS(H11 - L11 - H12 + L12)) - H13 + L13 - H14 + L14 + ABS(H13 - L13 - H14 + L14) - H15 + L15 - H16 + L16 + ABS(H15 - L15 - H16 + L16) + ABS(H13 - L13 + H14 - L14 - ABS(H13 - L13 - H14 + L14) - H15 + L15 - H16 + L16 + ABS(H15 - L15 - H16 + L16)) + ABS(H9 - L9 + H10 - L10 - ABS(H9 - L9 - H10 + L10) + H11 - L11 + H12 - L12 - ABS(H11 - L11 - H12 + L12) - ABS(H9 - L9 + H10 - L10 - ABS(H9 - L9 - H10 + L10) - H11 + L11 - H12 + L12 + ABS(H11 - L11 - H12 + L12)) - H13 + L13 - H14 + L14 + ABS(H13 - L13 - H14 + L14) - H15 + L15 - H16 + L16 + ABS(H15 - L15 - H16 + L16) + ABS(H13 - L13 + H14 - L14 - ABS(H13 - L13 - H14 + L14) - H15 + L15 - H16 + L16 + ABS(H15 - L15 - H16 + L16))))) / 16

Then create the following EasyScan:

Select New | New EasyScan:
- Watchlist: All Stocks
- Exchange: NYSE - True
- Price Per Share: Value: 30 to 60
- 16-Period Minimum Volume: Value: 20000 to Max
- 16-Period Minumum Range: Value: 2 to Max

Bruce's solution is for 16 days. This is what I meant by my question. Is 16 days enough?

hello
I have tried to create what Bruce have send me,but it
didnt work.
I have no idea why?

- 16-Period Minimum Volume: Value: 20000 to Max
- 16-Period Minumum Range: Value: 2 to Max
for some reason has no effect on the PCF.
regards
Erez

Did you create the PCFs?

Did you calculate them?

Did you create the EasyScan with the four conditions as Bruce described?

Have you reviewed the videos Bruce linked?

Bruce's solution above works if you create the PCFs and the EasyScan as he describes.
