I'm totally new to TC2005 and I'm trying to figure out how to program a PCF that finds stocks who's stochastic just crossed above a certain number, say 20. How is this written in a PCF?

After giving it some thought, would a correct formula be something like

if yesterdays stochastic closing is below 20 and today's is above 20 then the scan is true?
