Now that jdsu is down from 4.50 to 3.39 do you feel it is a good buy?

I think it may trade down to the $3 level, before turning up.

I thought they were supposed to do a reverse split?

Is that still on?

Thanks

I don't remember. It was sometime between SEPT 05 and the end of the year.

That was what ( I thought) got the stock moving.

They had improving results and it was viewed the reverse split would make it

more attractive to investors.

(since average investors don't trust penny stocks for long-term investment)

ive always thought reverse splits usually spell death...but i guess with a good company shrinking the amount of shares might be ok but as a shareholder i would hate it...

Going from over $145 a share to $1.5 is pretty close to death.

The reverse split is happening when it should. After lousy
stock performance.

lol
I bought a 100 shares of TRPH about 3 years ago for $6 and it trades at .30 now. Nice lesson learned for $600.

MT predictors says jdsu is a buy if the price moves above 3.38 over the next couple of days. This would indicate the beginning of a wave 5 uptrend.

Potential:

Typ Wave 5 is
4.44 to 4.61
a risk/reward of 7.6:1

Max Wave 5 is
5.19 to 5.39
a risk/reward of 12.9:1

I got in and out of this stock real quick. This is a news driven event. No one liked the idea of JDSU issuing convertable bonds.

The bottom target for jdsu was 2.81 to 2.85. Today the stock hit 2.83 and moved up immediately up to 2.91. This may be a buying opportunity, but I would wait for confirmation tomorrow.
