I would like to scan for a weekly stoc.5.2.3. And when true, look for the next tsv cross of zero or the tsv cross of the mov avg. I can't see how to do this.

On a weekly chart you best bet, for TSV, is to do a visual value sort for stocks near 0 (with a visual value near 50). You can then look at the charts near the zero line and check for their MA crossings. You could also do a visual difference sort between the weekly TSV and the MA. Check out this short video:

It uses MAs on price but it works great with TSV and its own average.

The symbol KOMG weekly chart shows this in the 4th quarter of 2005.
