Hi

My scans never give me what im looking for, because i am pretty useless with the PCF's lol.

If you could just run a scan and type the top 10 symbols that come up i would appreciate it, i have entered this penny stock competition (not real money) and need some penny stocks to look at to pick 5.

Criteria:

Price from 0.005 to $1
Low volume, anything from 20,000 to 100,000 trades a day
Either in a base (in a channel)
Or in a long down trend, like stocks that have just taken a huge hit for the last 2/3 years.

Thanks guys

Matt

Try this for me on your machine:

Create the following PCF:

Trend/Consolidate 4-months

100*(MAXH84-MINL84)/(AVGH84-AVGL84)

Once it is created and calculated create the following EasyScan with the conditions listed:

WatchList (ALL STOCKS)
Price Per Share (VALUE: MIN to 1)
Volume 90-day (VALUE: MIN to 1000) - volume is in hundreds
Price Growth Rate 3-year (LIST RANK: 1 to 15)

Save the EasyScan then SORT the results in ASCENDING order by the "Trend/Consolidate 4-months" PCF and let me know if you like the results.

Here are some videos to review if you need help with the tools:

I tried this scan but I need a scan that can pull stocks like FNSR from the beginning of feb to the end of feb.
very tight trading range. in this case FNSR stayed between 2.50 and 2.75
is it possible to have trading range like that.

thanks.

Here's a PCF that correctly identified FNSR on Feb. 22 and 23. It flags a stock doing a three level nine day bullish move within a rising 20d average and a falling 13d average.

(avgc3>avgc3.3and avgc3.3<avgc3.6 and avgc3>avgc3.6) and avgc20>avgc20.3 and avgc13.3<avgc13.6

sincerely,
jynkin

Jackm1,

Try sorting any WatchList by this PCF in ASCENDING order:

One month trend/consolidate

100*(MAXH21-MINL21)/(AVGH21-AVGL21)

In EasyScan you can use this PCf and set it to VALUES of MIN to 425. This would of found FNSR through much of Feb '06
