Cashflow Accumulation is an Accumulation/Distribution indicator (Cumulative sum of the price change X volume for each bar.)in another Charting Software. It is always noted as 'Cashflow Accumulation(3).
The 3 denotes 3 bars.

Does TeleChart have this indicator and if not, how can you create it as a Custom Indicator ?

If I understand your discription correctly (and what I've found on the net):

Right click on the top or bottom chart window.
Go to ADD INDICATOR|CUSTOM|CUMULATIVE

Use these settings:

Up condition: C>C1
Down condition: C<C1
Period:3
SIMPLE
Value to Add/Sub:

ABS(C-C1)*V

Let me know if this is what you wanted. I am guessing on the period setting. The period might be 1 but I am not sure.

That formula generates an indicator that looks very close to what I wanted.

Thanks a bunch !

Hello!

Would it be possible to create a pcf for cashflow that can be used to search for stock with a big change in the cashflow from yesterday?
(for example 25% higher)

Thanks a lot

Are you referring to the indicator that I give above when you say "cashflow"?

Yes, I have it as an indicator and I would like to narrow down the stocks with an easyscan that shows if there is a big change (sharp up/down move) in the cashflow movemement today.

I will then use the pcf for cashflow today in conjunction with the widening or narrowing of the Bollinger-Bands to find a short term change in the trend.

I would also like to be able to scan for the cashflow movement for the last week (last 5 days) in a seperate scan

I hope this makes it all a bit more understandable

The cumulative nature of this Custom Indicator makes a PCF for the percent change tough.

I would recommend scanning for all of your conditions BUT the change in this indicator THEN ranking your WatchList using the Indicator Change sorts. This will work on any time frame and over any number of days.

Sort by indicator or price movement using Visual Change sorts

Hi Craig!

Your suggestion to use ranking with the Indicator Change Sort worked perfectly!

I have also discovered that "Cashflow" and "Money Stream" actually are two very similar indicators, so the easiest way to get about the "problem" cashflow is to use MoneyStream offered by TeleChart.

Thanks again

Free cash flow is the sum of net income and depreciation and amortization minus capital expenditures used to maintain the business.
Is there a surrogate in TC2000 for this fundamental?

A knight wrote he sorted using cash flow. An TC200 index search listed free cash flow. That was it nothing further was available.
Please comment.

grizzly,
The closest thing currently available in TeleChart appears to be:

Operating Cash Flow 1-Yr - The sum of net profit, depreciation, change in accruals, and change in accounts payable, minus change in accounts receivable, minus change in inventories.

You may wish to review the following:
