Yes, you can activate a real time feed with just Gold service.

I only click the $14.99 real time stock data, without clicking the
real time option and index data, can I do that.

Yes you can. You can subscribe to just the real time stock feed if you have TC2000 Gold without also subscribing to the real time option and index feeds.

I did that but my stocks data , are still 15 minutes late.
